Outfit Choices: Take a moment to reflect on what you want your outfit to convey about you. Choose colours and styles that resonate with your personality and make you feel confident. Think of your outfit as an extension of who you are, rather than just something to wear.

Grooming: Treat grooming as a self-care practice! Enjoy the process of styling your hair and applying makeup. Focus on enhancing your natural beauty rather than masking it. Consider using this time to center yourself and set positive intentions for the session.

Hydration and Rest: Prioritize hydration in the days leading up to your shoot. Consider making it a ritual—perhaps infusing your water with fruits or herbs you love. Ensure you get restorative sleep the night before, allowing your body and mind to recharge.

Practice Presence: Spend some time in front of a mirror, not just to practice expressions but to connect with yourself. Notice how different looks make you feel. Choose expressions that feel authentic and reflect your true self.

Open Communication with Your Photographer: Approach the session as a collaborative experience. Share your thoughts and feelings with me, I want to know what’s going on in there! A shared vision can create a more relaxed atmosphere, allowing your true essence to shine through.
